Review: The Swarm

The Swarm
The Swarm by Frank Schätzing

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Perhaps we are not the most intelligent living creatures on this planet. Others are superior to us, but we simply can't see them.

But we are the most dangerous creature and the nature could destroy us. Think back, maybe they allowed us to be defective, but it's now time to slap the little child, the human organism.

In The Swarm there are many technical and biological factors. It’s an intriguing and fast paced novel with an excellent plot.

It’s funny too. The religious US President and the crazy General are quite amusing.

I was a bit disappointed by the end. For such a complex theory I had the impression that the final result was a bit too soft.

If you are a sci-fi fan, it can be interesting to read a solid novel where aliens are much nearer to us than what we normally would expect.
